Izzy was our first poodle & taught us to love the breed! She works as a therapy dog in our local schools! “Auntie Izzy” is also a great help with socializing all our puppies.
Eowyn is a sweet-tempered girl with low to medium energy. She has high human focus & is easy to train. Eowyn is just as happy to cuddle on the couch as she is to go for a run outside.
Papi is a mild tempered & easy going dog. He is a small size & we expect his litters around 40-50 lbs. Papi’s puppies will inherit his trainability & affection for human companionship.

Party of Six
Since 2004, Ben & Ashley have lived in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains in Northern California. Both Ben and Ashley are teachers in the local public school system, but dog breeding is their passionate hobby. Their four boys join in the process of raising & socializing their well-loved puppies.
A Passion for Poodles
We have always loved dogs, but brought home our first standard poodle in 2021 with the hopes of training her to be a therapy dog (we succeeded!). As we saw how versatile, loyal, and trainable the poodle is, we quickly fell in love with the breed! Seeing the way a well-raised dog could revolution the life of a family or individual, we began to research how to become breeders ourselves.
An Owner’s Dream
Our goal is to provide family-raised poodles with beautiful temperaments and well-rounded personalities. We complete health-testing on all our dogs and use Puppy Culture socialization protocols to ensure a sound and well-rounded puppy. To give each litter our full attention, we only raise one litter at a time inside our home.

What is the cost of a Solid Rock Ranch Poodle?
A $500 nonrefundable* deposit is required to reserve your pick placement. The remaining fee is due on Pick-Up Day! Deposit & balance can be paid via cash, Venmo, or through Good Dog only. Please email us for detailed fee information!

Yes! If you are interested in our Guardian Family Program, please fill out our Puppy Application and check the correct box.
Guardian Families agree to love & raise the breeder’s choice of dog. You receive the dog at no initial cost, but must follow certain protocols. You must also live within 1 hour of Placerville, CA to qualify.
